The Grandview Heights High School Vocal Music Department will present Meet Me In St. Louis based on the iconic movie "Meet Me In St. Louis" featuring Judy Garland. The production is directed by April Olt with musical direction by Andrew Grega, and choreography by Whitney Thomas Eads.

Universally heralded for his immense contributions to musical theater in a career spanning more than 50 years, Sondheim was at the Carl Sandburg Literary Awards Dinner tonight, October 21, 2015 at The Forum (725 W. Roosevelt Road) on the campus of the University of Illinois at Chicago. Enjoy WIRE's cash bar while 16th Street performs excerpts from their 2014 Season Seven featuring four premieres by four female writers: Laura Jacqmin, Andrea Thome, EM Lewis and playwright-in-residence Shayne Kennedy. Associate Artist and scenic designer Kurt Sharp will also be remembered at this event.
