Tony Award nominees Paula Vogel and Rebecca Taichman will be the featured speakers in post-show talk-backs May 16-18 at Indecent at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street).

The Cort Theatre box office will open Monday, February 27 at noon for INDECENT, the newest work by Pulitzer Prize-winner Paula Vogel (HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE), it was announced today by producersDaryl Roth, Elizabeth Ireland McCann and Cody Lassen. INDECENT begins previews Tuesday, April 4 and opens Tuesday, April 18 at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street, between Sixth and Seventh Avenues).

Daryl Roth, Elizabeth Ireland McCann and Cody Lassen, the producers of Indecent -- the newest work by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Paula Vogel (HOW I LEARNED TO DRIVE) -- have announced that the entire original Off-Broadway ensemble will travel to Broadway when the production begins previews at the Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street, between Sixth and Seventh Avenues), on April 4, prior to its official opening night on April 18.

Detroit Public Theatre is set to bring Frank Boyd's solo performance play celebrating American Jazz, The Holler Sessions to its stage February 1-26. Tickets ($20-$45) are on sale now at www.detroitpublictheatre.org or in person at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra box office.

 Lincoln Center Theater (under the direction of Andre Bishop) has announced that Lena Hall, Brian Hutchison, David McElwee, Naian Gonzalez Norvind, Omar Metwally, Austin Smith, Marisa Tomei, and Robin Weigert will be featured in the cast of its upcoming production of HOW TO TRANSCEND A HAPPY MARRIAGE, a new play by Sarah Ruhl.  The production, which will be directed by Rebecca Taichman, begins previews Thursday, February 23 and opens on Monday, March 20 at the Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater (150 West 65 Street).

This tale of revenge and redemption addresses the violence of love, the sexuality of sports, and the high cost of fame through the use of live projections, filmed interviews broadcast on an overhead screen resembling a scoreboard. and a thumping rockabilly score to explore the line between personal fantasy and hard reality - and what it takes to be a champion.

Stein | Holum Projects' engrossing one-woman show "The Wholehearted" previews this Friday, December 2 and opens Saturday, December 3 at 8 p.m. at Center Theatre Group's Kirk Douglas Theatre as part of DouglaPlus. Written and co-directed by Deborah Stein and performed and co-directed by Suli Holum, the world premiere production is produced in association with La Jolla Playhouse. "The Wholehearted" plays through December 11, 2016.

Lincoln Center Theater has announced two new productions for its 2016-2017 season: HOW TO TRANSCEND A HAPPY MARRIAGE, a new play by Sarah Ruhl, and an LCT3 production of BULL IN A CHINA SHOP, a new play by Bryna Turner.

3-Legged Dog (Kevin Cunningham, Artistic Director) and The Tank (Rosalind Grush and Rania Jumaily, Co-Artistic Directors) are thrilled to present the compelling THE PAPER HAT GAME, created and directed by Torry Bend, with video designed by Raquel Salvatella de Prada. More than 25 nominations of outstanding actors, directors, designers and ensembles were announced today by The Boston Theater Critics Association (BTCA), with winners to be revealed at the 34th Annual Elliot Norton Awards on Monday, May 23, 2016 at 7 PM, at Boston's Citi Performing Arts Center Shubert Theatre.

The 20th Annual Independent Reviewers of New England (IRNE) Awards were held on April 11 at the Holiday Inn Boston/Brookline. Founded by Beverly Creasey of the Journal Newspapers and Larry Stark of the TheaterMirror in 1997, the IRNE Awards recognize the extraordinary wealth of talent in the Boston theatre community.
