When Emmy Award winning director producer Rob Schiller visited his old friend, Warner Theatre Executive Director John Bonanni, last spring to conduct a Master Class in comedy, he didn't expect the mystique of the Warner Experience to do its magic.

Schiller, just off assignment as director of the new hit series Happily Divorced and having completed nine seasons of the highly popular King of Queens, fell in love with the Warner and vowed to come back. As soon as the opportunity presented itself, Schiller was on a red eye out of Burbank and breakfasting at the Nutmeg Grille going over his new assignment, directing the Warner Stage Company's latest Broadway musical comedy, CURTAINS.

The philanthropic Schiller understands the value of the Warner's mission of community theatre...he is doing this as a labor of love and donating his services. You can have a great life in anything you choose, if you love what you do and you serve others by sharing it. Rob is no stranger to Connecticut. He was hired many years ago as a stage manager at Goodspeed Opera House to assist his friend, then stage manager John Bonanni."

Performances for Curtains are Sat. Jan 26 & Feb 2 at 8pm, Sun.Jan 27 & Feb 3 at 2pm and Fri, Feb 1 at 8pm in the Warner's Nancy Marine Studio Theatre. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Warner box office at 860-489-7180 or online at www.warnertheatre .
